Meraki project 2022
Meraki means to do something with passion, with attention and with devotion.
It is done with all your effort, with eagerness and with enthusiasm.
It is done with all your heart, a labor of love, so to speak.
Meraki is to put your soul and self into something.
You leave a piece of yourself in the work you have made.
Like stated above, this project started with the purpose of doing something that I love, styling and photography where I lost touch with. Working with the individual and getting to know them to share this passion, to capture that in a picture and make it live.
All photo shoots of this project are made into a physical booklet, a hardcover (format A4) all combined and softcover (format A5) of the individual themes.
There is a total of 10 hardcover books sold without reproduction plans for now. The softcover books will be only in production when an announcement is made on socials, because every book is made by hand.
